NON-FEATURE RACE DAY LUCKY BADGE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entry to participate is automatically open to all current 2010-2011 financial members (excludes Associate Badge holders) of Thoroughbred Park and entry is free.
2. Canberra Racing Club Committee Members and their spouses and members of staff are not eligible for entry to the draws.
3. The lucky badge number will be drawn five minutes after the fourth race on each non-feature race day at Thoroughbred Park. Non feature race meetings exclude Melbourne Cup, Canberra Cup and Black Opal Race Days. The winning badge number will be announced by the racecaller over the loud speaker on course.
4. Entry is free to all financial members of the Canberra Racing Club (excludes Associate Badge holders).
5. The value of the prize will start at $500.
6. Member with their current badge number must be present to claim the prize on the day of the draw.
7. If the winning badge owner does not claim the prize within 5 minutes the jackpot will increase by $100 for the next draw at the next non-feature race meeting.
8. If the $500 is claimed on the first draw the jackpot will restart at $100.
9. The lucky badge jackpot will continue to increase until (a) a claim is made or (b) the amount reaches $2,500.
10. Should the lucky badge draw reach $2,500 there will be continuous draws until the amount has been claimed. A random badge number will be drawn and called every 5 minutes until claimed.
