We offer a wonderful alternative with a relaxed and peaceful setting and spacious light filled rooms fitted with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the race course.

Thoroughbred Park offers an extensive variety of menus; however our chefs are flexible and happy to tailor a menu within your budget suited to your needs. We have conference and function facilities for everyone, from a small conference of 12 to large events of up to 2000. With a variety of large outdoor areas, why not utilise our Fashions on the Field stage for your fashion parade, get married under the beautiful flowering plum trees or start your event with drinks and canapés in the mounting yard. Rich Reward Room

Thoroughbred Park Functions Venue Rich Reward Room

With the best track views, the Rich Reward room is located on level two of the Queen Elizabeth II grandstand. Accommodating up to 150 guests with a private bar and amenities, this room is suitable for conferences, weddings, cocktail parties or any type of special event.

Silks Room

Thoroughbred Park Functions Venue Silks Room

A popular venue for weddings and race day functions, the Silks room is situated on level two at the southern end of the Acton grandstand. A large spacious room filled with natural light and direct access to outdoor areas. Beautiful views of the Brindabella’s during the day or the track lit up in all its glory at night, this room is perfect to suit every event.

Black Opal Room

Featuring floor to ceiling windows with a direct view of the winning post and overlooking the mounting yard, the Black Opal room is situated on the second floor at the Northern end of the Queen Elizabeth II grandstand. This opulent space can accommodate weddings, formal dinners and special events.

This grand space can be transformed to accommodate large scale events with direct access to lawn areas and complimentary parking.
