2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia, employees of the promoter, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes the judging panel.

3. Fashions on the Field is taking place at the 2008 AAMI Black Opal Stakes Day at Thoroughbred Park on Sunday 24 February 2008.

4. Prize details: First prize Classic Ladies Racewear – STA Travel return economy flights for two to Los Angeles, Second Prize - $1500 Myer gift voucher, Third Prize - $300 Canberra Centre gift voucher. First Prize – Couples Classic Racewear - $1000 Myer gift voucher, Second Prize – Return economy flights for two to Melbourne, Third Prize - $300 Canberra Centre voucher.

5. Flights must be booked by 31 August 2008. Voucher is valid for travel between 24 February to 31 March 2008 or 01 November to December 2008. The First prize is flights only. Accommodation is the responsibility of the winner.

6. Travel prize is only redeemable by the prize winner and a companion of their choice. Fares are non-transferable to another person and both flights must be taken at the same time.

7. Flights redeemable only at STA Travel Canberra Centre.

8. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with the purchase of a higher amount.

9. Prizes cannot be divided into two individual prizes.

10. To enter, contestants must be present at the 2008 AAMI Black Opal Stakes and enter by presenting at the Fashions on the Field stage in front of the Acton Stand.

11. The Promoter or Thoroughbred Park shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (included but not limited to consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. The catagories are: Classic Ladies Racewear – Open to all ladies and Classic Couples Racewear– A couple of a male and female adult.

13. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the event at any time.

15. All entries become the property of the Promoter and Thoroughbred Park. All entries will be entered into a database and the entrants images and names may be used for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.

16. Participation in the Fashions on the Field competition implies the acceptance of all conditions of entry.
